  • Today we will start our easy and authentic flavour of Palak Paneer recipe tutorial! Today, we’ll show you how to make this delicious and nutritious Indian dish right in your own kitchen.
  • To start, heat some oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, chopped onions, and green chilies. Saute until the onions are golden brown.
  • Next, add ginger-garlic paste and cook until the raw smell disappears. Then, add chopped tomatoes and cook until they are soft and mushy.
  • Now, it’s time to add the star ingredient – spinach! Add washed and chopped spinach leaves to the pan and cook until they wilt down.
  • Once the spinach is cooked, or parboiled, let the mixture cool and then blend it into a smooth puree
  • Add some spices like turmeric, coriander, cumin, and garam masala, and let it simmer for a few minutes.
  • Add spinach puree and cook for a minute.
  • Finally, add cubes of paneer to the spinach mixture and let it simmer until the paneer is heated through.
  • Add garam masala powder.
  • Now it’s time to tempering,
  • Take a Tadka pan add mustard oil, cumin seeds, Kashmiri red chilli powder & whole red chilli
  • Tempering is ready.
  • Transfer that Tadka into the palak paneer
  • Garnish with some fresh cream.
  • And there you have it – a creamy and flavorful Palak Paneer ready to be served with some hot roti or rice. Enjoy your meal!
