Welcome to our kitchen! Today, we are going to show you how to make delicious stuffed kachoris using wheat flour. These kachoris are filled with a flavorful mixture of onions and bell peppers, making them a perfect snack or meal.
To start, we will prepare the filling by sautéing the cumin, fennel and black mustard seeds finely chopped ginger,onions, sweet corn and bell peppers and coriander leaves also in a pan until they are soft and fragrant.
Next, we will make the dough for the nasta using whole wheat flour, salt, chilli flakes, white sesame seeds,carrom seeds, oil and water. Knead the dough until it is smooth and elastic.
Divide the dough into small balls and flatten them into discs. Place a spoonful of the filling in the center of each disc and seal the edges to form a stuffed ball.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the kachoris until they are golden brown and crispy on the outside. Serve hot with your favorite chutney or yogurt.
