For this recipe, you will need the following ingredients: – – 500 grams of mustard greens – 250 grams of spinach – 100 grams of bathua leaves – 3-4 green chilies – 1 tablespoon of maize flour – 1 tablespoon of ginger-garlic paste – 1 teaspoon of red chili powder – 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder – Salt, to taste – 2 tablespoons of ghee – 1 tablespoon of clarified butter – 1 tablespoon of butter First, wash and chop the mustard greens, spinach, and bathua leaves. In a pressure cooker, add the chopped greens, green chilies, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Add water as needed and pressure cook for about 15-20 minutes, or until the greens are tender. Once the greens are cooked, remove them from the pressure cooker and blend them into a coarse paste.
